2. Ordering & Payment Terms

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party providers.

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

• We deliver within the UK. International shipping may be subject to additional fees and customs regulations.

• Delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, adverse weather) are not our responsibility.

4. Hive Sponsorships & Pollination Services

• Sponsorship packages and pollination contracts are subject to specific terms outlined separately in agreement documents.

• Yorkshire Apiaries Ltd retains ownership of all beehives; sponsors support sustainability but do not hold legal ownership of any bees.

• Refunds for sponsorships are not available once the sponsorship period begins.

5. Workshop & Event Registrations

• Booking confirmation is required before attending any event or workshop.

• Cancellations made with more than 14 days' notice may be eligible for a full refund, subject to administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before an event may be eligible for a refund of up to 50%, subject to administrative fees.

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• Yorkshire Apiaries Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer

• All content on our website, including text, images, branding, and educational resources, is copyrighted and owned by Yorkshire Apiaries Ltd.

If unexpected circumstances—such as extreme weather, disease prevention measures, or colony losses—affect hive performance, adjustments may be necessary to protect our bees.

• Product Availability: Our honey and beeswax products are harvested responsibly, ensuring that bees always retain the stores they need to thrive. If conditions prevent a surplus honey harvest, we may experience limited product availability or delayed seasonal releases. Yorkshire Apiaries does not over-harvest and prioritises long-term colony sustainability.

• Environmental Factors: As an apiary dedicated to pollinator welfare, we continuously adapt to seasonal shifts, biodiversity needs, and climate changes. These variables may impact production timelines, sponsorship perks, and hive-related programs.

15. Amendments to These Terms
