How long we keep information

Financial & Transaction Records: HMRC requires Yorkshire Apiaries Ltd to keep financial and accounting records (such as sales history, invoices, receipts, and order logs) for 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Customer Accounts & Order Details: For active account holders or one-off orders, we retain non-financial personal data (like delivery addresses and order notes) for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, handle warranties/returns, or manage your account. Accounts inactive for 2 years will be closed and personal data deleted or anonymised.
